  • How are your polymer clay earrings made?
  • -Each one is handmade with love taking up to several hours to complete! After the clay is done being designed and cured each component is sanded and then assembled together. Each polymer clay design is unique and one-of-a-kind making you the only person in the world with them - isn't that fabulous?
  • Are your items hypoallergenic?
  • -Yes! Every metal component used at DBS is hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.
  • How is each item packaged? 
  • -Each item is carefully sandwiched between a cotton, cushion bed and a piece of bubble wrap that is placed in a floral, decorated kraft box and bow (which also makes for easy gifting!). 
  • Are polymer clay earrings heavy? 
  • -They're truly the lightest and most comfortable to wear all day and night! Depending on their size, a larger set can weigh about the weight of one quarter (5.7g) earrings where smaller pairs can weigh about 1 gram. 
  • How will I know when there are new arrivals?

  • How do I place a custom order?
  • -Custom orders are currently closed at the moment.
  • How do I care for my new jewelry?
  • -Although most of DBS products contain tarnish resistant materials it is highly recommended to avoid contact with water, oils and any moisture. Please safely store your jewelry away in it's original packaging or hung up to avoid any damage. Metals can gently be wiped with a soft cloth.
  • How do I track my order?
  • -At the bottom of the home page you can type in your tracking number into the AfterShip bar to see where your new beauties are.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • -Cancellations can only be made up to 48 hours from the time of your purchase. Please email your order number to DulceBoutiqueShop@Gmail.com to start the process. Please allow any processing time it may take for your bank to return your funds.
  • My item(s) never arrived or arrived damaged; what do I do?
  • -Unfortunately, instances like this can happen. As these scenarios are out of my hands DBS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.  Lost items: Please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Asking neighbors may help as sometimes packages can accidentally be left in their mailbox. Damaged items: Due to the handmade nature and time each item requires to create DBS cannot replace or fully refund damaged items - please email me if you have any questions.
